Longkou City Xinsheng Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. Founded in 2004, we are located in Longkou City, Shandong Province—a modern port city with convenient transportation and a vibrant atmosphere. We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, production, and sales of automotive safety brake discs.
The company covers an area of 6 hectares and has total assets exceeding 80 million yuan. It integrates R&D, casting, machining, and marketing into a single operation, with an annual production capacity of over 40,000 tons. The company produces more than 3,600 models of safety brake discs and hubs annually, totaling over 2 million units, and achieves annual sales revenue exceeding 100 million yuan. Currently, the company employs over 200 people, including more than 40 senior technical engineers, and develops 400 to 500 new products each year. It is equipped with over 200 sets of high-end, imported production and inspection equipment, including melting furnaces for casting, precision CNC lathes, automated cleaning and packaging lines, advanced physical and chemical testing facilities, specialized equipment for inspecting and testing brake discs, as well as instruments for controlling the chemical composition of raw materials, humidity levels, ductile iron analysis, metallographic structure analysis, and spectral analysis.
